How do I know my booking is confirmed?
Payment, booking and ticket each have their own status in My trips. A ticket shows as issued only once the airline confirms it, and we email you the moment it is.
How can I pay?
By card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or UnionPay), by mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and others) or by internet banking. You pay on the payment provider's own secure page, so your card number never reaches us.
Can I change or cancel a booking?
That depends on the fare or rate rules of your booking. Ask from My trips or contact our team, and we tell you what the airline or hotel allows and what it costs before anything changes. Changes & refunds
Does Travelquick AI book for me?
No. It helps you plan and fills in the search for you to check. Prices come only from live searches, and nothing is booked or paid without your confirmation.
