Everything on this page is reproduced from a document that exists. Where Travelquick holds no credential, this page says so rather than staying quiet about it.
Travelquick is the trading name of Travelquick Ltd., a private limited company incorporated in Bangladesh. Travelquick arranges travel services that are supplied by independent providers. It is not an airline, a hotel, an insurer or a carrier, and it operates no transport or accommodation of its own.
The registered office address is not published on this site. It is given in full on any invoice, and to any authority, supplier or customer who asks for it in writing.
Each entry is reproduced from the certificate it names. Originals are available on request — write to hello@travelquick.ai.
IATA accreditation in progress.
Travelquick does not display the IATA mark anywhere on this site, and does not describe itself as IATA accredited in any page, email or message, because the accreditation has not been granted. This section changes when the approval letter exists, and not before.
Travelquick holds no other industry accreditation at this time.
Travelquick makes no claim to any accreditation, membership, bonding or financial-protection scheme that is not named on this page. If a claim is not written here, it is not one Travelquick is making — and no page, advertisement or message from Travelquick should suggest otherwise. If you see one that does, please report it to hello@travelquick.ai.
Travelquick also never presents an estimate as availability, and never treats a booking as confirmed before the supplier has confirmed it and payment has been verified. How prices and supplier relationships are shown is set out in supplier and pricing disclosures.
These apply together. Where a supplier's own conditions also apply, they are named at the point of booking.
Each is published with the date it was last updated.
Travelquick Ltd. is incorporated in Bangladesh, and its terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, with the courts of Bangladesh having jurisdiction. The clause itself is in the terms and conditions, which is the document that governs.
This does not remove a right you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in. Services booked through Travelquick are supplied by independent providers whose own conditions govern the service they provide and may specify a different law; those conditions are named at the point of booking.
Write to support@travelquick.ai or call the hotline on +880 9697-491887, quoting the reference on your journey or request. If the reply does not resolve it, ask for the matter to be escalated and it will be reviewed by someone who was not involved the first time.
Travelquick's travel agency registration is issued by the Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism, named in full above, which is the authority responsible for registered travel agencies in Bangladesh.
A registration is listed here only once its certificate exists. Renewals, new licences and any accreditation that is granted are added as they are confirmed, and this page carries the date it last changed.
