How bookings, prices, payments and confirmations work on Travelquick.
Last updated 8 September 2026
Travelquick shows the total price including taxes and fees, the baggage allowance where applicable, and the cancellation and change conditions before you pay. Prices from connected suppliers are revalidated immediately before payment. If a price has changed, you will see the new price and can accept or decline; prices are never increased silently.
A booking is confirmed only when the supplier confirms it. Until then its status is shown as requested or pending supplier confirmation. When a supplier cannot complete a booking online, Travelquick converts your selection into an assistance request handled by a coordinator, and tells you so.
Payments are processed by the connected payment provider through a hosted or tokenised flow. Travelquick does not store card details. Receipts are available under My journeys.
Names must match travel documents exactly. Passport data is collected only when a supplier requires it and is stored encrypted.
Changes and cancellations are subject to the fare or rate rules of the booking and any supplier fees. Travelquick submits requests to the supplier and tracks them; see the refund and cancellation policy.
Each supplier's conditions of carriage or service apply to the service it provides.
