The terms that govern use of the Travelquick platform.

These terms govern your use of travelquick.ai and the services of Travelquick Ltd. ("Travelquick"). By using the service you agree to them.
Travelquick is a travel platform that plans, arranges and manages journeys using an AI assistant supported by human coordinators. Travel services themselves (flights, accommodation, transfers, insurance, connectivity, activities and others) are supplied by independent providers under their own terms, which apply alongside these terms. See the booking terms and supplier and pricing disclosures.
Travelquick labels information as Live, Estimated, Guidance, Request required or Sample. Guidance, including visa and entry information, is general information and not legal advice. Final decisions on entry belong to government authorities. Travelquick does not guarantee visas, fares, availability, refunds or medical outcomes.
You are responsible for providing accurate traveller details, holding valid travel documents, meeting entry requirements, and reviewing fare rules and conditions before confirming a booking.
Keep your sign-in details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time.
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other travellers' data, submit false information, or use the assistant for unlawful purposes.
To the extent permitted by law, Travelquick is not liable for the acts or omissions of independent suppliers, for events outside its reasonable control, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of them, are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. The courts of Bangladesh have jurisdiction over any such dispute.
Nothing in this section removes a right you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in. Nor does it displace a supplier's own conditions of carriage or service, which govern the service that supplier provides and may specify a different law; those conditions are named at the point of booking.
We may update these terms; the current version is always published here with its date.
