Is it free?
Talking to me costs nothing. You pay only for what you book, and any service fee is shown as its own line before you pay, never folded into the fare.
Can a human take over?
At any point. Ask, and a member of the team joins the same thread. You can also call or email the team directly; both are on this page under the trust section.
Do you handle visas?
I help with checklists and the practical steps, and I say where my information comes from. I am not the authority on entry rules; the embassy or official source always is, and I will point you to it.
