Confirmed at the source
Confirmed only when the airline, hotel or provider says so. Documents follow in your portal.
Changes handled here
Refunds, disruptions and emergencies are managed from My bookings, with the team on hand.
What we never do
- Never books, pays or cancels without your explicit confirmation.
- Never submits your passport or personal details to a third party on its own.
- Never shows an estimate as if it were a firm, bookable price.
- Never hides taxes, fees, baggage rules or cancellation terms until checkout.
